In order to break through our audience's routine of pizza and mac and cheese for weeknight dinners, we created a broadcast campaign that celebrates how exciting plain old hot dogs become by simply adding Hormel Chili to them.
THE TIKTOK WIN!
To celebrate National Chili dog day we partnered with TikTok influencers and used our catchy CHILI DOG YUM song to create an unexpected platform phenomenon.
Media expectations were around 60 million impressions but in just over a week we had over
3 BILLION impressions. And more UGC than we could keep track of!
